How do I know if the item I have order from you isn't available?

We try to keep our inventory up to date but still in case of unavailability; our team will call you and offer you a replacement. If we don't have a replacement your bill will be adjusted accordingly.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is Rs. 500/- We don't accept order below Rs.500/

Are there any delivery Charges?

Yes, we charge only Rs. 100 for delivery on order up to Rs. 999/ Free Delivery on Order of Rs. 1000 and over.

What is your Delivery time?

Depends on what you order and time you place an order. Usually we deliver within 45 minutes of receiving your order.

What Areas do you cover in Delivery?

We are based in Mirpur city and we cover 5km Radius from our main branch (Main Mohammed Road).

Unfortunately at the present time you can't schedule your order. Our team is working hard to have this option available in our next update release for the website.

What if my order is late?

We try our best to deliver on time, however under unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed in case of any delay our team will keep you posted.

What if my invoice is incorrect?

What is Azad Mega Mart online order cancel policy?

Once you place an order, one of our representatives will call you for confirmation. Up until that point, you can cancel the order. Once confirmation is done by you the order can't be canceled.

What if the delivered product is defective?

We try our best to deliver our customers the best of what we offer. In case of defection, we have a hassle-free return policy for our customers. What payment methods you accept?

We take COD (Cash on Delivery) we also take card on delivery. The customer should inform us beforehand so our carrier will bring the Card machine along with him. We are also working on an online payment gateway and soon our customer will be able to pay online for their orders.
